We provide and promote independent peace, security and defence research, analysis, dialogue and horizon scanning on contemporary national and global security questions to enhance our collective resilience.
We do so through constructive strategic insights that are policy- and operationally-relevant in Ireland and abroad with a view to providing sustainable solutions. We aim to enhance societal, economic, and security resilience as well as peace and stability with new ways to counter non-conventional and traditional security challenges in the 21st Century.
