Dr Alistair D. B. Cook  is Coordinator of the Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief Programme and Senior Fellow at the Centre for Non-Traditional Security Studies (NTS Centre), S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. His research interests focus geographically on the Asia-Pacific and Myanmar in particular and thematically on humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HADR), foreign policy and regional cooperation.

Caitríona Heinl is Executive Director at The Azure Forum for Contemporary Security Strategy and Adjunct Research Fellow at the School of Politics and International Relations, University College Dublin. She has over ten years’ experience within research, academic and consulting environments specialising in international security and defence.

Ian O’Connor recently completed an MA in in Peace & Security Studies (Excellent) at the University of Hamburg. He held the inaugural Azure Forum student fellowship for the year 2021-2022. His research interests include strategy, non-proliferation and arms control.
